Casa dell’Olivio is an early 19th century villa set in an acre of private land.

It sits on the edge of a tiny medieval hamlet overlooking the rolling  hills and mountains of Lunigiana in the foothills of the Northern Tuscan Appenines.

With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping 8, the house has been newly renovated. Whilst  fully modernised with contemporary and comfortable furnishings it retains the characteristics of an old rural Italian villa.

Although only an hour from the magnificent cities of Pisa, Parma or Lucca, and 40 minutes from the fabulous Cinque Terre coast, the house is in a rural setting of tiny villages, big hills, small ancient towns and a lifestyle unchanged in centuries.

The far north of Tuscany is so beautiful and untouristy, its almost impossible not to spend your whole time there house hunting”
